Cooking the perfect Carbonara ^_^

Pinoy style creamy carbonara recipe is a very simple pasta dish. This is a type of pasta with white cream sauce, ham, mushrooms and bacon. Yummmmmmmyyyy!!
Estimated time of preparation and cooking: Mga 15-30 minutes lang mga tsong! Good for 4-6 person or kung gusto nyo pa dagdagan, kayo na bahala. Hehe
Ingredients: 500 grams Fettucine noodles (or kahit anong pasta. Depende sa gusto nyo.) 1 can evaporated milk 250 ml all purpose cream 1 can creamed of mushroom soup 200 grams sweet ham 200 grams bacon 1 head garlic, minced 1 onion, minced 1 teaspoon ground pepper 2 tablespoons olive oil 250 grams grated Parmesan cheese (Or any cheese) 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped(optional)
Procedures:
Part 1 1. In a large pot or kaldero, prepare the pasta based on cooking instructions. Mas maganda lagyan niyo ng konting konting mantika para di dumikit. Set aside.

Part 3 4. In a pan or kawali, heat oil and saute garlic and onion. Add 3/4 of fried bacon and ham. 5. Idagdag ang evaporated milk and creamed mushroom soup. 6. Add the all purpose cream and grated cheese. Haluin ng haluin hanggang mag boil. 7. Lagyan ng konting paminta para lumasa. 8. Dagdagan ng evaporated milk or a pitik pitik ng tubig r if the sauce is too creamy or salty. 9. Simmer hanggang medyo lumapot ang sabaw. Remove from heat. 10. Prepare pasta on pasta tray, top with grated cheese together with the remaining bacon and ham bits and chopped parsley. 11. Serve with garlic bread or kahit anong bread. Enjoy.
