ANGELES CITY- Some 1,200 policemen, soldiers, barangay tanods and volunteers will secure some 60,000 tourists and local folk expected to dance through two nights on Oct. 21 and 22 in this city’s yearly “Tigtigan, Terakan king Dalan” or street dancing as part of its month-long Fiestang Kuliat. Alex Cauguiran, cochair of this year’s city fiesta, assured guests of adequate security measures that would also deploy bomb-sniffing dogs from the Philippine Air Force at entry points along the MacArthur Highway venue that would be closed to traffic for two nights of street merriment.
