Angeles City - The ABACAN LOOP at the Abacan Bridge will be opened to motorists today, November 9, 2016
The new loop under the Abacan bridge in Brgy Balibago allows motorists to take the alternative route to Clark or Hensonville in Angeles City, which is now heavily congested particularly during rush hours.
According to City Mayor Ed Pamintuan, the newly paved road is designed to decongest the traffic flow not only in Balibago but also in Barangay Ninoy Aquino Aquino, as well as part of Barangay Malabanias.
With the Abacan loop, motorists coming from City Proper going to Clark can now use the alternate route inside Malabanias by passing the MacArthur Highway.
